Kanta Database contains publicly sourced B2B contact information. If your data appears in our database and you want it removed, use the form below. We honor all requests globally — no questions asked.

HOW IT WORKS

What Happens After You Submit

  • We receive your request at compliance@kanta.dev
  • We locate your record by email address or LinkedIn URL
  • Your data is deleted from the contacts database
  • Your email and/or domain is added to our permanent suppression list — it will never be re-added in future database refreshes
  • We target completion within 7 days and guarantee completion within 30 days

We honor erasure requests regardless of jurisdiction — GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, UK GDPR, and any other applicable law.

Kanta Database contains professional contact information sourced from public websites and directories: names, job titles, business email addresses, employer names, and LinkedIn URLs. We do not hold home addresses, financial data, or sensitive personal categories.

How We Source It

Records are sourced from publicly available sources including company websites, professional profiles, and industry directories. All records are intended for B2B sales and marketing use by our customers — not consumer marketing.

Suppression List

Once we process a removal request, the email address and/or domain is added to a permanent suppression list. This ensures the record is never re-added to our database during future data refreshes, even if the information appears in a public source again.
